By confirming your bid you are agreeing that the amount you have entered is a legally binding bid. You agree that all bids that you submit are final and irrevocable and once placed, cannot be withdrawn. Artfizz reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse your participation before, during, or after the sale. This is a sealed-bid auction, in which all bidders simultaneously submit private bids, so that no bidder knows how much the other auction participants have bid. When the auction ends, the highest bidder is declared the winner of the bidding process. As other bids are private, you will not be notified if you are outbid.

The bidder who places the highest bid accepted by Artfizz will be connected to the Seller to complete the transaction. Artfizz has absolute discretion in all matters relating to bidding, including, but not limited to, identifying the winning bidder, handling mistakes or errors in bidding, re-opening bidding, cancelling the sale, and re-offering the property for sale. Artfizz is not liable for any errors in the bidding process. If you are the winning bidder, Artfizz's non-refundable commission, applicable service fee, and any other amounts due will be automatically charged to the credit card you have registered to your account. The final sale amount plus any applicable taxes and fees must be paid to the Seller within 10 days of the auction closing date and artworks must be collected or shipped within 30 days of the auction closing date. Artfizz is not responsible for collecting sales tax, and you are responsible for paying any taxes in connection with the sale. Any potential sales tax exemption must be arranged with the seller directly. All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled. All amounts are in USD. Nothing in any written or oral descriptions of a lot constitutes a representation of fact; they represent the opinions held by the Seller and/or the author of the report.
