Artfizz has absolute discretion in all matters relating to bidding, including, but not limited to, identifying the winning bidder, handling mistakes or errors in bidding, re-opening bidding, cancelling the sale, and re-offering the property for sale. Artfizz is not liable for any errors in the bidding process. If your offer is accepted, Artfizz's non-refundable commission, applicable service fee, and any other amounts due will be automatically charged to the credit card you have registered to your account. The final sale amount plus any applicable taxes and fees must be paid to the Seller within 10 days of the auction closing date and artworks must be collected or shipped within 30 days of the auction closing date. Artfizz is not responsible for collecting sales tax, and you are responsible for paying any taxes in connection with the sale. Any potential sales tax exemption must be arranged with the seller directly. All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled. All amounts are in USD.
